HomeFone services (for Residential services only)

Choosing your HomeFone plan

You choose a HomeFone plan for each of your Home Telephone Services. You can choose a different HomeFone plan for each service, even if they are on the same account.

If we are unable to discuss pricing options with you or you have not indicated the HomeFone plan required, we will put you on the HomeFone Maxi.

If your Home Telephone Service has the Multiple Number Service (MSN) or the Duet – Phone and Fax option, the calls made from any of your numbers are charged at the HomeFone plan that you have selected.

Changing or cancelling your HomeFone plan

If you choose a HomeFone plan, change your HomeFone plan or cancel it, this does not take effect until we process your request. We will advise you of the likely timeframe when we receive your request.

Availability

You can apply a HomeFone plan to your Home Telephone Service if it is a residential service.

Each time you acquire a home service, you:

  • are stating to us that you are not a business customer; and
  • are repeating this statement every month and every time a call is made from your service; and
  • agree to inform us immediately if this situation changes.

If you are a business customer, we will charge you as if you are a business customer acquiring a business service.

HomeFone Plus

Availability

You can choose HomeFone Plus for your Home Telephone Service if you are a Creative Telcom total service customer for long distance calls, international calls and calls to mobile numbers.

Monthly access charge

We charge you the following monthly charge for your Home Telephone Service with HomeFone Plus. We charge you double this monthly charge for a temporary Home Telephone Service with HomeFone Plus.

International calls from HomeFone services

We charge you the following for international calls from your Home Telephone Service with a HomeFone plan.

For 0011 calls, we charge you the connection fee plus the per-minute rate (calculated per second).

You may not be able to call every number in a particular destination. We can withdraw services to particular numbers in any destination, but will try to tell you before this happens. In some circumstances we may need to withdraw services to particular numbers in a destination immediately without telling you beforehand due to a third party.

We charge you the following for calls to the specified global and satellite services. We charge you in blocks of 30 seconds, for all International rates please visit creativetelcom.com.au.
